By commissioning me you will have to agree to these terms unless other terms are discussed and agreed upon or mentioned in the description on my Prices page.Acceptable Content.I will not draw:
• Any form of nsfw, pornographic or fetishized content
• Any themes of bestiality, pedophilia, incest, birth or pregnancy
• Disemboweling or extreme violence
• Hate speech, politics, etc
I am the sole judge of whether I am comfortable with certain kinds of content and I retain the right to reject a commission for any reason.Deliverables.The product is delivered as a digital image. The image file can be delivered by Email if requested. I will provide the PSD file if requested for as long as I still possess it. There is no physical product shipment.Payment.Payment is given upfront and in full before I begin work on the commission unless we agree on a payment plan beforehand. I accept USD sent through PayPal invoice or Deviantart Points (at $1 = 100 points).Artist's Right to Redistribute.I retain the right to redistribute my work on public platforms for self-promotion and display purposes. Some of these may have monetized ads (such as a YouTube timelapse video). If you are uncomfortable with the artwork being shared, I will be happy to respect anything requested before ordering and it will not impact quality of service. My art will always be uploaded with NoAI tagging when applicable.Client's Rights to Redistribute.By default, the client owns the right to redistribute my work (when paid in full) for non-monetized purposes, such as sharing in online galleries. Most of my work is done for hobbyists; if you wish to use my work for monetization or business, please discuss adjusted terms of service before ordering.If uploading my art in online galleries, please abide by the following:
• Do not credit my name if you upload my art on sites exclusively for ages 18+
• Do not have my art posted with additional content (such as written fiction) that is NSFW, fetishistic, romantic, or otherwise sexual or 18+ in nature
• Do not imply that I condoned or am associated with other content that you upload with my artworkClient's Right to Modify.You may alter the commissioned art for personal use only (such as icons). You may not add NSFW content to my work or use my work in compliations that include NSFW content.My work may not be submitted for AI training algorithms or submitted to AI algorithms to be used as the base to generate an image over. Doing so will get you immediately barred from my commissions and submitted to commissioner warning sites for violating my TOS.Custom Designs.You are the copyright owner of custom character designs I create for you. If the design is altered, please do not credit me for the altered form but only for the original design.Artist's Right to Reclaim.You only retain ownership of the commissioned artwork or design while it is paid for in full. Refusing to pay or refunding payment forfeits ownership rights of the artwork and/or original character design to myself. Please notify me if you are having financial difficulties and I will be understanding, but if you refund payment in an effort to get free art, I retain ownership of the artwork and will salvage what I can from the time spent on it.

I am no longer adding anyone to the ping list and once I get through the current ping list I will back away from doing art commissionsI've recently dove full fledged into my game development career and have less time to draw. This is my dream career and I'm having fun doing it, but commissions are no longer useful for me monetary wise and I would rather focus my limited drawing time on personal artwork. Note that I may not always be open for new commissions and my available time varies. I wouldn't want to charge you if I don't know when I'll have time to work on the commission, but I am willing to notify you when I next open.
• Feel free to ask for a price quote first.
The price quote for that individual commission will not increase if I update my prices.
• I can continually provide updates of the process to ensure the outcome you want.
I usually do so for as much as I feel necessary.
• Payment will be done through PayPal Invoice. Payment will be expected up front in full unless we agree on a payment plan.
